When I posted my short notice about "Queers for Israel" in the morning, I hadn’t yet looked at the German newspapers and knew nothing about the Islamic attack on participants in Berlin’s Christopher Street Day. What was intended as a showcase of tolerant, "colorful" Berlin ended up as yet another demonstration of the gradual takeover of the city.

We're getting tired of repeating this over and over, and our outrage seems to have no effect anyway, but it remains true nonetheless: This case, too, demonstrates the total inability of the currently ruling German politicians to address their country's pressing problems.

Als ich am Morgen meine kurzen Notiz zu „Queers for Israel“ veröffentlichte, hatte ich noch keine deutschen Zeitungen gelesen und wusste nichts von dem islamischen Anschlag auf Teilnehmer des Berliner Christopher Street Day. Was als Aushängeschild für ein tolerantes, "buntes" Berlin gedacht war, endete als ein weiteres Beispiel für die schrittweise Übernahme der Stadt.

Man wird müde, es endlos zu wiederholen, und unsere Empörung scheint ohnehin keine Wirkung zu haben, trotzdem bleibt es wahr: Auch dieser Fall zeigt, dass die derzeit regierenden deutschen Politiker völlig unfähig sind, die drängenden Probleme ihres Landes anzugehen.
